Free foot assessment

1) Stand straight and raise your heel to about 45 degree from the ground level, what do you feel in your lower body?

2) Stand straight and raise your heel to about 45 degree from the ground level, do you feel wobbly and stable, if wobbly on a scale of 1-10, how wobbly are you?

3) Stand straight and raise your heel to about 45 degree from the ground level, do you feel your glutes harden? if not where do you feel been taxed the most?

4) Stand straight and flex your abs, do you feel any sensation in your glutes? 

5) When you initiate a vertical jump with your torso straight, which major body parts you are using it first, (abdominal, glutes, feet, quadriceps, lower-back)? this is subconscious, so try to slow down and do it 5 or more times to tell where you are sequencing 1st. 

6) Stand straight on two feet, raise your heels off the ground, lift one leg up slightly and balance on your left foot only and count 15 seconds, how many times you lose balance and you have to touch the ground with both feet? 

7) Stand straight on two feet, raise your heels off the ground, lift one leg up slightly and balance on your right foot only and count 15 seconds, how many times you lose balance and you have to touch the ground with both feet?
